Your continued use of this website is and shall be deemed to be your agreement to be bound by any such modifications, alterations, or updates.

You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by emailing us at J2C Studio. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account at j2cstudio.com.

J2C Studio's website, j2cstudio.com, includes graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (hereafter referred to as "Content"). All of the Content on the website and the website itself are the copyrighted property of J2C Studio and/or its subsidiaries, or the copyrighted property of parties from whom J2C Studio has licensed such property. All rights to the website and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. J2C Studio reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice. 

Use of Site 

By accessing j2cstudio.com, you are granted permission to use the site and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering Products and services through J2C Studio. No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from J2C Studio does not entitle you to use any portion of the Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by J2C Studio. You agree to use the site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with your local laws and regulations, including import and export regulations. 

Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. 

J2C Studio reserves the right to terminate its service to customers found to be using j2cstudio.com to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. 

Content Provided by Client for Products 

You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party. You have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third-party material into your Products. By placing an order through j2cstudio.com, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right, and authority to place the order, and you authorize J2C Studio to produce the Products on your behalf. 

J2C Studio is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise from the use of Content provided by the client. The client assumes full responsibility for the use of all Content provided and will defend, indemnify, and hold J2C Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of such Content. 

Modification of Terms and Conditions 

J2C Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use j2cstudio.com after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. 

Termination of Service 

J2C Studio may terminate its service to customers found to be using j2cstudio.com to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. 

Email Communications 

By providing us with your email address, you consent to receiving emails from J2C Studio regarding our products and services. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or contacting us via the Contact Us page on our website. Please note that if you do not unsubscribe, you may continue to receive emails from us containing information about our products and services. 

Mailing lists are kept confidential. They will not be sold by J2C Studio. 

Privacy Policy 

J2C Studio values our customers’ privacy and takes all necessary measures to protect it. We collect information such as name, email and postal addresses, phone and credit card numbers from you when you visit our website, place an order online or by phone, make an in-store purchase, save your info with us online, or participate in a promotion or survey. We may also acquire information about you from marketing partners, unrelated third parties, or our affiliates. We use this information to process your order, send you e-mails to confirm your order or to contact you via phone, mail or e-mail (if we have questions regarding your order or purchase), and to improve your shopping experience with us. We may share your information with third parties that provide services on our behalf, or with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. J2C Studio is committed to complying with the California Privacy Policy. 

Kids' Privacy 

Our website is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 must use the assistance of a parent or guardian before they use or visit our website. J2C Studio will allow people of ages 13-17 to use the site with parental or guardian consent. 

Shipping Policy - Mailing Services 

J2C Studio is responsible for collecting postage from you, scheduling your job to mail, and passing your mailing payment to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FEDEX. Our responsibilities end when USPS, UPS or FEDEX accepts your mailing from us. We provide a proof of mailing statement as USPS, UPS or FEDEX makes each available to us (typically within 24 - 48 hours of the order's drop date). Lost mail, non-delivered mail, and mail-transit time are the responsibilities of the USPS, UPS or FEDEX and we cannot be held liable for any of these issues. USPS, UPS or FEDEX will not give a refund on postage for non-delivered mail. 

Refunds, Returns, and Reprints Policy 

At J2C Studio, we strive to provide you with high-quality printing and graphic design services. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with us. Please read the Refund, Returns, and Reprint policy carefully before placing an order with us.  

We offer full refunds as house credit, reprints on defective print orders, or mutually agreed-upon partial house credit. Determination of order defects is at the discretion of J2C Studio's management. The client will be asked to submit digital photos to document the product's defects. In some cases, the client will be required to ship defective products back to Quality Assurance at their own expense within an agreed-upon reasonable time frame. If the order is required to be shipped back to Quality Assurance at the client's expense, J2C Studio may reimburse the client for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. 

Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless a defective product is delivered by UPS or if UPS fails to deliver an order. 

Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders vary due to available production capacity and are at the manager's discretion. 

Direct mail services are not subject to the above-stated standard return policies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential refunds or reprints. 

All policies are subject to change without prior notification. 

Once the client approves the final print proof, no returns are allowed. Guest purchases are also non-refundable. 

No Returns after Final Print Proof Approval 

Please note that once you approve the final print proof, no returns will be accepted. We encourage you to carefully review your print proofs before providing your final approval to avoid any issues. 

Limitation of Liability 

J2C Studio will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

J2C Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 

Governing Law 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America. 

Customer Supplied Proofs 

For each job, the customer may be required to supply a color hardcopy proof of their job when placing their order. If the job is two-sided, folds or binds (like brochures and catalogs), then a working model (mockup) of the job is required to indicate backup, page orientation, folding, binding, and page order/assignment. J2C Studio is not responsible for any errors if a working model is not provided prior to proofing. J2C Studio is also not responsible for any and all errors in the customer's printing job if they select the "Run As Is. No Proof" option. 

Color Proof Accuracy 

Please note that although color proofs supplied to the customer are highly calibrated and very accurate, they cannot match the final printed product 100%. This is due to the fact that proofs are created differently than the printed piece (ink, paper stock, registration, line screens, etc.) Also note that the customer's proof may not closely match J2C Studio's proofs or the printed piece either for the same reasons and because the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to J2C Studio's presses. 

Turnaround Time 

Although J2C Studio makes every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. J2C Studio will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE! 

Due Dates During Holiday Closures 

Turn Times and Due Dates will be increased during any Holiday Closure J2C Studio has. Please understand that any order in production during a holiday or placed on the holiday will be pushed by 1-2 days minimum. The due date will not read properly, so please make note of any holidays and turn times. 

Security 

Tampering with J2C Studio's website, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents, or conducting fraudulent activities on J2C Studio's website are prohibited. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of J2C Studio's website, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such a user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized 

Description of Services 

J2C Studio is a printing and graphic design company that provides a variety of products and services including, but not limited to, printing services, graphic design services, and promotional products (the "Services"). 

Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of J2C Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without our express written permission. 

User-Generated Content 

J2C Studio may allow users to submit or upload content to the Website, including but not limited to designs, images, and text ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting or uploading User-Generated Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit or upload User-Generated Content and that such content does not violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. 

Deleting Your J2C Studio Account 

If you wish to delete your J2C Studio account, you can do so by contacting us and verifying your identity. Once we have verified your identity, we will close your account and erase all personal information we hold about you from our systems. Please note that we may be required by law to keep certain information, such as transaction or shipment records, even after you request account deletion. We may also retain anonymous information about how customers interact with our services. 

When you request your account to be deleted, you will lose access to your J2C Studio account, login and password, order history, and any products you have designed and stored, as well as uploaded images and other content. This change is permanent and cannot be reversed. 

Third-Party Websites and Links 

Our website, j2cstudio.com, may contain links to other websites that are not under our control (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Websites"). These links are provided for the convenience and information of our website users. We do not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or any other representation about any Third-Party Website or its content. 

A link to a Third-Party Website on our website does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or responsibility for any Third-Party Website. We make no representation or warranty as to any products or services offered on any Third-Party Website. The conditions of use and privacy policy of any Third-Party Website may differ substantially from the terms of use and legal notices that apply to your use of our website.

Printed Products: Orders placed after 5 pm are processed the next business day.

Orders must be submitted before 12pm will be reviewed and processed same day.

Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.
